All the partners will work during this stage to design a training curriculum for stakeholders form each community through which they will enrich their capacities to prepare methodologies for an age-friendly workplace that will include active retirement or a smooth transition.
To transform these desirable actions into reality, the partnership will focus to review the findings of practices and responses of self-assessment in order to assure compliance of training course based on the mentioned needs of both categories. From this step, the course curriculum will be defined, specifying learning outcomes, the course structure, topics and contents, duration, assessment methods.
With a structured methodology and a planning for these trainings, the partners will pilot them to receive first the feedback from the interested actors.
