The SILVER project aims to create a coordinated response for the promotion of a career in the third age by raising awareness among managers, HR, and other interested professionals.

A set of learning tools will be produced to contribute to career extension or preparation of retirement and for empowering older workers for active ageing within the workplace.

SELF-ASSESSMENT TOOL

a two-fold self-assessment questionnaire for employers and employees regarding age-friendly and active ageing measures in the workplace

EMPLOYERS - this tool aims to support employers on identifying the level of preparation to respond to the needs of their older workers regarding retirement 

WORKERS 55+ - the tool will assess 
how aware are older workers/employees to early prepare their later years and the process of ageing and retirement
