This project started from the need of seniors to be better included in the workplace when they are getting closer to retirement age or when they reach it.
In the first part of SILVER, all partners have been involved in a collection of good practices and methodologies of active ageing in the workplace which will be described and analyzed in a final report, available for different stakeholders.
This will be the foundation for a tool that will encourage reciprocal learning, without direct communication among people involved.
