Online self-assessment tool for active
ageing at workplace

One tool, two categories of stakeholders

In this phase, the partners will contribute to the development of a tool that will be aimed at two categories of local actors, managers/HR specialists or seniors.  The aim of this tool is to help both parties, individually, to measure their ability to adapt to a smooth transition to retirement. This tool will be designed to collect answers from each perspective and to provide a feedback on the spot:

    (a) Awareness of institutional practices to support older employees in the transition to retirement, from the stage of preparing older workers as well as the entire team for a healthy and inclusive environment. This side is for managers and HR specialists in order to check their readiness to support their whole team for the moment when one of them will reach the age of retirement.

  (b) Raising awareness among older people about their level of readiness and acceptance for post-work activities, so that they can have a smooth transition from the working environment to retirement.
